FRUSTRATED WITH PURCHASE

Not at all happy with my experience and product.
The frame was nice. However...The reader strength was different for each side of the lens.
I tried to return them.
I was told I was get a confirmation for a return and never did.
I am quite frustrated with the time spent on this purchase and attempted return.
