Shipment processing time

Please note that all our Bling collections are custom hand Embellished with Genuine Austrian Crystals by our artists. Also we Custom Cut our Optical Lenses after receiving the orders in our inhouse Lab.

Once we receive your order, it will take approximately Between 2 to 5 business days to make and ship them.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Time frame Estimates for delivery

Orders are shipped by default using USPS First Class which takes 2 - 8 days for delivery.

Faster delivery methods are available at checkout

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All Order Qualifies for Free Standard Shipping VIA USPS First Class.

Free Shipping is applicable to all orders within the continental United States and Puerto Rico.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

we ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Different address than my billing address

Yes, we do Ship to shipping addresses that are different than the billing address, but not for our first-time customers

If it is one of your first times ordering with us, we advise you to ship to the billing address of the payment method used.

We reserve the right to revise your purchase and contact you if any information needs to be changed.

This policy is in order to reduce fraudulent orders and to protect our customers.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the 50 U.S States and Territories.
