We want you to love your purchase! You can make a return for a one-time replacement or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Flat Fee Return Policy:
- A $5 return Label Cost will be applied for any order containing 1-2 pieces to cover the cost of the Return shipping Label.
- An additional $3 will applied for each item beyond the first two pieces as the cost of the return label increases with the weight of the items in the box.
- The return Label Cost will be deducted from the Purchase refund amount.
- We provide a prepaid return label via USPS for your convenience.
Shipping Policy:
- For orders within the USA, we offer Free shipping via USPS First Class or Priority Mail for any order of 3 pieces or more.
- Customers can upgrade their shipping method/provider (UPS, DHL, USPS) based on carrier calculations during checkout.
International Customer:
We gladly accept returns from international customers, but please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For orders shipped to Canada, we use USPS International First Class; for other countries, we use DHL. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, with items in their original condition and packaging. All other shipping requirements/ policies and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Return Procedure:
- Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and click Continue.
- Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Enter the six-digit verification code on the online store.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- Select the items you want to return if your order has more than one item.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. The return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Condition of Returns:
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, including all cases and original packaging. Any missing packaging or cases will result in a restocking fee.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are credited back to the customer's original payment method.
180-Day Product Warranty:
- We will fix or replace your pair to ensure satisfaction. Major scratches or abuse on the lenses or frame will void your warranty, but we will work with you to repair them.
- A replacement pair will be issued only if there are clear defects in material and workmanship (one-time replacement for each pair).
Customization Policy:
- Any lens customization or custom orders are non-refundable.
Laddering Policy:
- Buying a sequence of strengths of the same style (laddering) will disqualify you from getting Reduced Label Cost. However, The label cost will be $8 plus $3 for each additional item.
Excessive Return Policy
To ensure a fair and equitable shopping experience for all customers, we monitor return activity for patterns of abuse. Excessive returns can lead to a limitation on return privileges as outlined below:
Return Limits:
- Customers are allowed to return up to 25% of their total purchases every three months without penalty.
- Any return activity exceeding 25% of total purchases within a 90-day period will be flagged as excessive.
Monitoring Activity:
- We reserve the right to monitor return activity and identify accounts with excessive returns.
Limitations on Returns: If we detect excessive return activity, we may take the following actions:
- Limit the number of returns accepted from the flagged account.
- Refuse returns if the return activity is deemed excessive.
- Restrict or close your account if return abuse is confirmed.
Communication:
- Customers identified with excessive return patterns will receive an email notification outlining the observed behavior and any imposed limitations.
