30-Day Free Return Policy- NY Fifth Avenue

  • We want you to be 100% happy with your eyewear purchase. With our 30 Days Fit and Style Guarantee, you can make a return for a one-time replacement or full refund within 30-days of receiving your order. Each customer is limited to have a one time free return each three months, any return made within 90 days after the free return will have the shipping charges deducted from the order refund.
  • Our shipping policy for orders within the USA includes a complimentary (FREE) shipping option via USPS First Class or Priority Mail for any order of 3 pieces or more. Additionally, customers have the option to upgrade their shipping method(SPEED) / Provider(UPS, DHL, USPS) and the cost is based on carrier calculations during checkout.

  • You can return a product for up to 30 days from the Receipt date of your Order.

  • Returns Must Be Shipped Within 30 days of receiving the order. 
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, Must Includes all the cases and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds are credited back to the customer's credit/debit cards, Paypal, ShopPay, Afterpay Account or Any payment method used during checkout.
  • Our 180-Day Product Warranty!!  We Will Fix Or replace your pair, (We will make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. You have no risk to try us :).
    MAJOR SCRATCHES OR ABUSE ON THE LENSES OR THE FRAME WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY, But we will work with you to repair them.
  • A replacement pair will only be issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship ( one time replacement for each pair)
  • Any Lens Customization or any custom order are NON Refundable.
  • Please also note that buying a sequence of strengths of the same style (Laddering) will disqualify you from getting free returns. However, we will still accept your return and issue a refund for the item purchased, less the shipping cost.

Return Procedure

  • Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
  • 1. Log in to your account:
    • 1-1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    • 1-2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • 1-3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • 5. Click Request return.
  • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
